THE READER table
A side table encouraging people to display their reading habits
The Reader table encourages people to showcase their reading habits by keeping the bookmark in place while also displaying the decorative cover of unfinished book.
The iron bar structure was made with a hole in the middle which was filled with weld to secure the book plinth in place. It was then grinded down, making it invisible with a panel of toughened glass resting on the metal structure.
